The requirements that are common in terms of measured building surveys are elevation surveys, measured floor plans, cross sections, street scene elevations.
Cadmap work with a number of architects in London to produce a full set of measured drawings to assist with planning applications for all types of extensions on a variety of properties varying in size. We supply data in DWG, DXF or PDF formats. Cadmap's measured building surveyors operate leica total stations on all surveys.
Cadmap's Measured Building Surveyors operate Leica 1200 series total stations and are fully trained with all aspects of building surveying. All building surveyors hold current CSCS cards for entry on to construction sites for any building surveys and are CRB certified for any school surveys that may be required.
A standard measured building survey would include a topographical site survey, internal floor plans showing walls, columns, door and window positions, sill and head heights, overhead beams with heights and floor to ceiling levels. Sanitary fittings, worktops and other fixed items of furniture to be surveyed. All External Elevations where accessible. Cross Sections if requested.
